kassatsu's crit on next ninjutsu has 10 seconds timer on the buff. If you're worth your salt you would kassatsu, use whatever buffs that can increase your damage available within that 10 seconds and then hit the raiton.

Depending on what damage buffs you have up anyway. You should be using them whenever they are up during the course of the fight.
