    just checking NIN also has a 300 TP refreshing skill....if it can cross skills with DGN = 700tp restored...that's huge if you bleed TP like a DGN/MNK does

    Don't know if this can be used on self or not. But I would guess that it can. Unfortunately, the TP costs were not included with the abilities, so it is tough to tell how much TP that NIN will burn through.
