I did not put any /wait or <wait> command because we don't know the actual cooldown (would it be based on animation or something else).

Missed this part.
Anyway, I would strongly advise against using wait command in macros for offcooldown abilities as they either fails very often or you need to put excessive number (like 1.5 sec) to ensure their activation.
Both will lead to significant loss of DPS.

Thought the c was half a second

Minimum cooldown (for offcooldown abilities) is around 1 sec
