Most of the non-cash shop ones will likely have a chance to get equal or below 0.0000000001337%..

There's no winning, just degrees of losing.

I still want Downy Dunstan as a minion and mount..... and a Phurble minion.....

I think the Nanamo minion would either be added to the Allied Seal shop, a Vet reward or obtained from completing either the Hildibrand side quest (et in the Colliseum in Ul'Dah) or more likely a quest involing her, teledji and Omega.

Another possibility is that the minion will be a Qarn drop, since the temple is in thanalan.

The Urianger minion would probably be obtained from finishing Coil

Last major patch in 2.2 we had 9 minions added +2 where you had to buy stuff (buy soundtrack cd, preorder PS4 veresion)

Now in 2.4, 9 minions you can get in game and +3 from optional item store. So now can people stop complaining about a cash shop that they are going to put all the vanity items in.

The problem is, if they makes those in game ones soooooo hard to get.... they're basically driving people to the cash shop for the easy way out.

Low drops rates, people complain about it, then they put new ones on the cash shop and say 'well you said they were too hard to get in game, so we're making it easy for you.... for $9.95'....

Only time will tell of course.

Also the WVR can craft a Nana Bear.
