Ravana was the 2nd one.
the second Primal's name is Ravana and it will be a FFXIV Orginal ^^
Awesome and epic, but I wonder how long those models take to make.. Can't imagine seeing that done quickly (at all).
The second one has me a bit afraid, it looks fast and it has many swords - going to be one crazy fight lol.
looks like a bettle
well there's not just the modellingthere's the conceptualization also, so from start->finish, it takes a while, for sure.
They said the main sculptor spent 3 years, sculpting all the characters/mobs/etc, in the game.
they are using names from many places. most Primal names, come from various myths, around the world.
Looks like Sin mated with a bird.
But Yoshi-P said it was FFXIV Exclusive on the livestream
( U . U; )
I had to check really fast on wiki! You're right!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ravana
"Rāvaṇa is the primary antagonist in the Hindu epic Ramayana, where he is depicted as the rakshasa and asura king of Lanka. Rama had once addressed Ravana as a "Maha Brahman" (Great Brahmam in the context of his education). Rāvaṇa is depicted and described as having ten heads. He is described as a follower of Shiva, a great scholar, a capable ruler and a maestro of the veena, but someone who wished to overpower the devas. His ten heads represents that his knowledge of the six shastras and the four Vedas. In the Ramayana, Rāvaṇa is the antagonist, kidnapping Rama's wife Sita to exact vengeance on Rama and his brother Lakshmana for having cut off the nose of his sister Surpanakha."
