PS3 keybinding suggestions - move if incorrect forum pl0x

Like title says, please move if I posted this in the wrong area, confusing forum.
Sorry if this might've been posted before, tried searching for it but no luck so.

Anyway, onto the suggestion.
Rather simple suggestion that, at least for me, would make it far easier to play on PS3 with the controller.

Allow keybinding skills to buttons, for example; I never use L3 and R3 so no use for them, they are currently unbound.
L2 I also rarely use (Changed default settings) and would be much better of having a skill there.

But L3 and R3 are the buttons I feel are the most useless of the bunch to me personally.

So, I figured it should be possible to add something to the UI that shows L3 and R3 where the cross bar is, like on both sides of it, and when assigning a skill somewhere you can press either of the 2.
Shouldn't need to hold L1/R1 (L2/R2 default) for these skills obviously.
I'd just love to be able to use Sprint without having it on my cross bar. :P

Another suggestion would be keyboard related.
How about adding something in the settings menu where if you toggle it, it changes the whole UI to the PC UI so you can bind keys to that and play just like on the computer?
Should be possible, can already play with the keyboard, only reason I don't is because it's still the crossbar which makes it awkward.
