    Ishgardian religious practice

    From various lines from the NPCs, it seems that the Ishgardians practice the worship of the Twelve differently than the other cities, to the point of making religious prejudice.

    I know each cities revere a patron deity, but they all refer to the Twelve. Is it different in Ishgard? Is Halone revered exclusively?

    Yes, Ishgard's state religion is the devotion of Halone the Fury, the goddess of war and glaciers - in fact, Ishgard is a literal theocracy whose government literally is a church (hence why the Archbishop is it's head of state), unlike the other Eorzean citystates who have a pretty clear division between church and state.

    While Elezen are the most common race in ishgard there are hyurs as well, an example is the knight who gives you the dragoon quests.

    I don't think it's a matter of "belief" is it? Unlike many of our Terran faiths, belief in the 12 is not an issue. The 12 exist; no belief required. It would be "Do you WORSHIP Halone, forsaking all others..."
