Eh... these 4 all seem pretty unbalanced/overpowered to me. ._.
Hoping Paladin gets War Drum back, it'd help with AOE Tanking. For those new to the game Paladin's War Drum was an ability activated after a successful block it did minimal damage but had a high hate generation.

The problem with guessing the level 55 and 60 job abilities of every job but Summoner is that we do not know the abilities each class will get between 51 and 60. Summoner is the odd one out because we can pretty much guarantee that it will be getting Summon IV(Levi) and Summon V(Ramuh) as its two Job abilities.
Spear Brandish: 360º AoE comboed with after Ring of Thrones and Before Doom Spike.
Skydragon Dive: Enhances Dragonfire Dive, after Dragonfire Dive a 25s circle ground DoT stays on the battlefield burning every enemy on it.
LLancet: Can only be used after a parry or an evasion, does a 250 potency attack that drains 50% of damage as HP and recovers 200 TP. 2 and half minutes cooldown.
Unlimited Thrust: Combo after Full Thrust, 220 potency, 300 if used on the flanks, next skill used will be considered as a "vorpal thrust". 2 and half minutes cooldown.
Cherry Blossom: Combo after Chaos Thrust, Maximum Range AoE, 120 potency. Slows all enemies on screen and gives them Chaos status for 45 seconds.
Trait
Way of the Lance: Increases the range of spear attacks. (thinking about it needing to be twice as other melee, one and half times other melee)
Not sure if leaving out detail was intentional, but what I see may be quite unbalanced. Just a few gripes:
Rampage would need a limited time and severely long (5min) recast, otherwise it's as if Defiance gives completely free HP and heal potency as long as it's up. Herb Pastoral negates the need for esuna/leeches, would not even be considered the way songs work in this game. Reraise would still need to put weakness, and would need a long recast time (5 mins at the very least).
As for some of my ideas (not complete, kinda coming up with it as I go):

57 Decoy shot- Pacifies target for 6 seconds, 0 potency, 1 minute recast
BRD:
55 Advancing March- Lowers enemy's slash resistance when in range of the song, like Foe Requiem does not impede Bard's own attack (reasoning being tanks do more damage since they're the only slashing role so far, and there's no slashing debuff to my knowledge, whereas Disembowel and Dragon Kick do piercing and blunt respectively. Would be useful with no blm/smn, and heals are not/can't afford to attack).
60 Troubadour- Only usable while playing a song, unable to stop song until Troubadour's duration is over. Further reduces own attack (and reduces attack if playing foe/advancing), but MP is not consumed for 10 seconds. 5 minute recast.
Conjurer:
52 Deluge- AoE DoT around caster (think circle of scorn).
55 Earthen Ward- Next Stoneskin will be applied to all within an 8 yalm radius of the caster (like medica, not targeted like cure III). 5 minute recast (to avoid it being used too much, AoE SS could be very overpowered)
WHM:

60 Reraise- Applies buff that allows self resurrection upon death for 3 minutes, weakness applies. 5 minute recast.
GLD:
52 Crescent Strike- AoE cone attack with Enmity gain, higher potency than Overpower. 20 second recast (gotta differentiate a bit from WAR, right?)

55 Hallowed Bolt- Ranged, off GCD, single target enmity gain attack. Range of Provoke, recast 30 seconds.
60 Judgement Blade- Applies DoT if comboed off of Riot Blade. 10% chance of proccing a free flash.

I would like perhaps an attack reach expansion for DRG and a new jump.
I honestly would love to see SCH get a new fairy. It goes against the very lore of the SCH quest (Lily), but I'd love to see a male fairy introduced - like Helios.
Scholar:
Lvl 55 - Physick II - Heals the target and grants it a SoT (shield over time) effect that creates a small shield every 3 seconds. Has a higher healing potency than the normal Physick spell, but also noticeably higher MP cost.
Lvl 60 - Shield Conversion - Increases healing done by 15%. In addition, all shield effects become direct healing effects while Conversion is active. Duration: 12 or 15 seconds, 3m cooldown.
