I have received a warning and ban from the forum once for something I didn't even write. The reason for the ban that they specified in the e-mail I received was text somebody else had written. I contacted support about it, a total of 3 times - every single time I received the same copy&paste response, telling me I can find the reason for my ban in the e-mail - even though I told them, repeatedly, that somebody else wrote what they specified as the reason for my ban.

It's sad and infuriating, but I think you should give up hope in this matter, just as I have about that ban.
