Can we take our own food and drink in?

Yeah, from reading about the USA event it sounds like queues will be quite long, so wanna make sure i can snack and drink while i wait.

no if u read one off the forum the commutiy rep says dw u wont miss the keynote we will get regrastion done early so they will london is nothing like las vegas so dw

Also unfortunately there won't be water coolers around like in Las Vegas. However, you will be able to purchase drinks on site and in the area.

Hard to say without official confirmation but, to me at least, it seems to imply we should be able to bring our own drinks.

You cannot bring your own food or drinks into the venue. However, if you have, say...a small bottle of water I don't think that will be a problem. But please keep in mind that there are no water coolers here like in Vegas were you were able to refill your bottles. We do have a pretty awesome Eorzean style cafe here though !

Will the venue be catering to people with food allergies? I am allergic to dairy and was planning to take my own food. It would unreasonable to be expected to go 12 hours without food, wouldn't you agree?
