Having to do CT before ST

A real slap in the face is if CT did get outdated and SE made the gear easily accessible outside of the raid for new players I've seen that happen in MMO's quite a bit, then the bitching followed from players that endured the pain of waiting for teams to do the dungeon while the new comers can just buy them with in-game currency etc.
