    Battle Stances and others

As the approach of drastic changes come to FFXIV, I'd like to express some things I think would enhance the player experience.

    Battle Stance for advanced jobs.
As FFXIV does not have unique stances for each race like FFXI did, I think it would further enhance character uniqueness to have individual stances per advanced job. So, a BLM would not stand the same as a THM or CON. I know this might take a lot of animating however. I suppose i'm a bit jealous of Lalafells since they have some really unique animations for their spell casting.

Animation for putting away a weapon while moving
This is something I'm sure you guys are plenty aware of. Not a huge priority either. Just looks like everywhere I go, the ground is made of ice and i'm skidding around haha.

Capes, other back type equipment (backpacks satchels)
I believe this sort of thing has been touched on quite a bit. (Most likely anyway.) But I do think its worth another mention. The cloth physics in this game could make for some great flowing capes. Backpacks could further enhance inventory while occupying an accessory slot. (Great for crafters!)

Not kick users out of Raids upon disconnection
When someone disconnects they are kicked from the party and are booted out of the instance, unable to re-enter or rejoin the party. I'm not sure if there is a specific reason for why a person is kicked out of the dungeon. Someone had mention enmity exploitation but even still that particular user would be unable to rejoin the party until the enemies are no longer engaged. (So it wouldn't be possible to exploit during long battles like the Deepvoid Slave or Batraal.)

    Gear damage upon return
The gear damage system... well seems like it doesn't help anyone. Before Dark Matter it was a great way for crafters to make some money repairing peoples stuff. Now everyone has Dark Matter 5 stuff, and won't offer the right amounts to repair. So in a sense its really just been a big pain on the community. I've done level 45 raids with people who have logged out just to avoid the sting of gear damage. I don't think thats how things should be. Though I understand there needs to be some sort of penalty for dying, just not sure if gear damage is the correct way about it.

EDIT: Linkshell Rank displayed upon examination of a player
I forgot this one earlier, but it would be nice to see your/someones standing position in a certain LS when you/they are examined. (Hopefully this doesn't sound elitist) But at least for myself, I'm interested to see who is a Leader and Master of other Linkshells. I suppose I could go to the lodestone to find out this information, though thats kind of a bother.

Thanks Yoshi and Team! You guys are doing a great job mending FFXIV! Thanks for your devotion and efforts.

i'm agree with Not kick users out of Raids upon disconnection, really is frustrating when you see directx error and your dc, you cant do nothing, just wait outside of the dungeon, i hope they fix this problem
