Title says it all.
So, sir Koji Fox, will we be able to learn it in the game?

The echo allows us to understand all languages we hear, correct? Though we can't seem to read them, since echo works via soul touching.
I just hope that they make the war between Dravanians and Ishgard a cut and dry good v bad but more of a grey. But to be honest, not a fan of the Ishgardians with their holier than thou pompous self righteous attitudes
Who really was the initial aggressor in the conflict? Was it the DRavanians or is it more like what happened with Limsa encroaching into Beastman territory and the response being just that they are defending themselves and their lands. Something I hope we find out.
Think you need to correct something there since you seem to imply to want both good v bad and more grey hehe.
But yeah I'm not a fan of Ishgardians as well but I love that they have this diversity. I do feel that some immersion is lost in a few places - i.e. Gridania should be more mistrustful of outsiders and so on but really only got that feeling from the archer class quests - and the LTW quests. The rest so far were more of eitheir I don't care about you one way or another or even welcome you with open arms(Botanist).
I've got a Darksteel Foil Hat theory.
The Ishgardians are in Leauge (For most, unknowingly) with Garlemauld.
The Garlens attacked Silver Tear Lake (Which they'd need to pass through Ishgaurd to get too) and THE DRAVANIANS showed up with the Wyrm King Midgaurdsourmer to defend the Primal's Seal.
Ishgaurd on the otherhand has refused to fight the Garlens twice because of the "Dragon Wars" but never can explain WHY the dragons hate them.
I think the Ishgaurdians want something from Dravania be it magic artifacts, allage Tech (Like what the allage controled dragons with), or maybe just gold and other cliched treasures. So the Garlens said "Keep the Dragons bussy while we take out the other city states, then we'll give you the allage dragon slave tech and take Dravania by force." and The Archbishop of Ishgaurd bought it hook line and sinker not expecting the Garlens to loose three more times.
Long Story short I beleive the "Dragon Wars" are a cover up for a hidden agenda that only The Archbishop and the Asians (considering Lahabrea and Elidibues were by his throne) are aware of.
When you start in gridania their is a bit of mistrust to the new green adventurer that just arrived(you). As you build your rep with mother miournne's help you gain their trust slowly. But yeah it seems rather odd that they are not more mistrusting of all the other adventurer's that keep appearing when you talk to them.
