83%, 63%, 37% are the important numbers for T7 as has been said. Make sure before you push DPS that you get your voice/shriek combo out, otherwise the phase transition timing is screwed and you'll have Renaulds waking up when you don't have a voice to cover them.

Also note, if you absolutely have to due to improper timing, you can get the shriek person to suicide before it goes off. Doing so removes that shriek from happening. I don't suggest it as managing phase transitions is not hard, but it is an option if needed.
