That FATE was brutal. Not only was it hard to catch, an like OP says it's impossible to Solo. I was thankful when some people farming Atma in the zone came to help. Although I made sure to shout it out when the soldiers were walking up.

Now if I'm in a zone with one of those difficult Fates I make sure to help when I see a shout.
