I do remember this one being a little tricky just because the NPC's do die fairly quickly, but I managed to solo it ok on my i95ish whm. Whenever you have these kind of fates and ur solo, all i do to keep them alive is throw an aero on every single mob when they appear so they are never left attacking an npc, Its much safer/easier to just heal through it and kill them slow w/ aero dots and choco while keeping urself healed than trying to take them out 1 at a time. Doing it this way i never had to heal the NPC's at all and could just focus on keeping myself alive and throwing out aero's when possible.
