24 Hour Maintenance reimbursement?

I'm thinking, 3.0 might actually take longer than 24 hours, because they will be adding a lot more than usual.

typically, an expansion is seperate data that must be downloaded/installed. the likelyhood of it taking longer than a patch is, at least to my exp, relatively small if downtime is even required.
