It's much longer and thinner than Curtana is, and there is a distinct lack of a shield, not to mention none of the other jobs there have their relics, so you can't assume that's what it is. Logically it would make sense to be putting their new jobs in the spotlight too, right in the center under the logo. It's all just speculation though, that just seems much more like a two handed sword to me than a one handed.

The BLM and WHM absolutely have weapons resembling their Relics. You are correct though; that looks nothing like the currently implemented Curtana. It could still be one of the earlier concepts for Curtana, though.

that is ms derplander, also known as F realm reborn, it is the female model of the main character they tend to show in most art works she has a full CGI render and was meant to be random on if it was male derplander or fem derplander to symbolise the different genders the hero could be, in the end she wasn't used in much besides artwork :3

Trust me, if I never see the spells Refresh or Haste on a player character in FFXIV, it'll still be too soon.

Pretty sure the one you labelled as Monk is actually the Paladin, and then the ??? Ninja is the Monk. The Dark Knight is the guy in front with the large sword, and then the woman with the rapier is a new class, most likely rune fencer or blue mage.

How is it most likely blue mage?
