It's much longer and thinner than Curtana is, and there is a distinct lack of a shield, not to mention none of the other jobs there have their relics, so you can't assume that's what it is. Logically it would make sense to be putting their new jobs in the spotlight too, right in the center under the logo. It's all just speculation though, that just seems much more like a two handed sword to me than a one handed.

take a closer look at the mages on the bottom, both seem to wield their relics, as well as whm having Highallagan robe

The BLM and WHM absolutely have weapons resembling their Relics. You are correct though; that looks nothing like the currently implemented Curtana. It could still be one of the earlier concepts for Curtana, though.
