I dont think that another localization would be a good idea. I believe SE should focus their financial means to other sides of this game.

Yeah and German but none of these 2 languages are my mother tongue. I think that number of people who cannot play this game due to bad knowledge of supported language is so small that allocating financial means to another localization would be a waste. They obviously need more money because they are implementing cash shop so I would rather see that money going into even more housing wards (I know that we will get new wards in 2.4.) or EU servers. That would positively affect way more people in my humble opinion.
I'm a mother-language Italian speaker here, been studying English for 11 years now, and could really use a job! Please let me be your Italian translator! XD
I guess other languages will be real hard thing to see, as long as the English version is still missing a good number of voiced cutscenes of the Main Scenario quests.
I'd like launch something different: make the text and voice available in clear text and audio files in a directory, so every fan of the game can, alone or with a group, make it translated in its own language, just replacing that files. Only drawback, are the spoilers if you look at scripts, but it is up to you dig into them or not![]()
I agree with the OP, i want final fantasy in other languages, been specific:
I want Final Fantasy XIV at Spanish - Quiero Final Fantasy en español
Te doy un poco mas de información a tu duda:Hi, thanks for answering.
I'd be very interested to know exactly Yoshida said about the possibility of a client with texts in Spanish.
Thank you

Note: If you didn’t understand anything of the above, then that text is irrelevant for you, nothing personal or trying to be rude, just saving you the hassle to read it
I try to fix the text for you Argonas, hope is right / Trata de arreglar tu texto compañero espero que sea correcto, si te gusta, te recomiendo editar tu mensaje original para que sea más claro el objetivó de tu post:rancés

Dear Sirs:
Your game is the best RPG this generation and the next. Not competent, is additive, the content is great and I enjoy a lot playing with.
But yesterday I spent an hour walking around Old Limsa and Gridania Lominsa, why not just enterder what missions required of me.
We would beg to tradujesen Vds. Their game, at least the texts into Castilian. This is essential because even though I enjoy the game very frustrating at times not even pretend to understand what missions or game systems.
In any case, seeing that French and German are translated his game, could articulate a fee at half price for those Europeans who do not have translated into our language game.
Keep on track, his game is fantastic, but need some minor corrections, translation into other languages is one of them.
If you leave an expansion, the moment is this. Forth, and fear, we are with you. Translate.
Thank you.
Dear Square Enix and Team:
Your game is the best RPG in this generation and even the next ones, is funny, competitive, in summary the content is great and I enjoy a lot playing.
But yesterday I spent an hour walking around between Limnsa lominsa and Gridania just because I didn’t understand what to do. Because the text wasn’t clear and more important it isn’t in my language
Please I polity ask you translate the game to Spanish, at least the text, for me this is essential, because even than I enjoy the game, is very frustrating some time not even understand what to do in the missions, or even understand the in-game abilities.
I see other language’s like French and German than their translations are far more expensive, even so they get a version in their idioms , so please, it cost a lot less to translate the game to Spanish.
I enjoy the game, is amazing keep the good work. Of course its also need some minor corrections, and translate the game to Spanish is one of them. Also I think doing it, at the coming expansion, is the best time, or you may have a risk to lost a good quantity of customer than we don’t feel equally respected as our German, and French counterparts.
Thank you for reading.

Todo esta traduccion con el traductor de Google /All this translation with Google Translate. The faults are from Google.
hi:
Thanks for responding, and sorry for the delay in answer you. My English is very bad and can not communicate well in why I prefer to use things like Google Translate, that after all this for that. I'll do what you say, put your text, but do not know how to edit the message, proves until I find and will put in the first prominent. What matters is that the game is translated, the sense of loss with this game is huge, I understand that those who can understand the game will feel content and happy that in the end can understand this wonderful game. And if the game was bad, if you really did not like me, if the gameplay or the story were not painful starts hurting me so much that not translate into my language.
To be continued....
second part...
Still, it would not be possible for some dev or responsible for Square-Enix us know if you can carry out the translation or the materials for us that we inciemos, like so many other people who have translated as Dlan Clan, etc. .. The community can vary and change what Yoshida and Square-enix denies us. In addition to that this decision should not translate to a commercial decision? So many people played in England, France or Germany that makes them if you can have your version? They could give us figures for Spanish players, Italian, Portuguese, etc ... to see if there is that pontencial public that could tip the balance towards the possibility of translation? We could do a census of Spanish speakers to see if Square-Enix is right, not worth translating, or be saving that money for more useful things.
/Hola:
