Shakespeare: 1564-1616
Puritans: "a group of English Protestants in the 16th and 17th centuries" >.>;
still bad.
(also... still not Old English.. heck, not even Middle English >.< )

Shakespeare is not even Middle English, lol. Old English is hardly like English today at all.
Edit: Someone beat me to it (and yes it resembles some English but it's vastly different.

I would actually prefer if everything was written in Old English prose. It would beat the weird mix of American English and "must needs" that we currently have...That's not Old English... that's, like, bad Puritan-American. :/
Old English example (minus actual orthography):
Cnut cyning gret his arcebiscopas and his leod-biscopas and Þurcyl eorl and ealle his eorlas and ealne his þeodscype, twelfhynde and twyhynde, gehadode and læwede, on Englalande freondlice
Silliness aside, yes, I feel Spanish should be available for the game. This has also been discussed many times before. Here's hoping!
Also, it's frankly bizarre that SE chose to translate the game into French and German rather than the second-most widely spoken language in the world.

Yeah, that stilted English is annoying. >< (and now I want a game fully in OE with subtitles [or not... :3 ] )
I think... German had to be included due to some commerce laws right? But (we've talked about this many times on other 'please add Spanish' threads), I don't understand why Spanish wasn't included. That makes NO sense at all to me. :/

Lo tomo bien, pero me dio una respuesta en japonés que no entendí ja ja. Pero por lo menos lo escucho de nuevo.
He took it well, but his response was in JP, which I didnt understand haha. But at least he heard it being asked for again.

I'm sure there's more than enough people they could find between EU and NA that is bilingual ES/EN XD if they do decide on a Spanish client, I'll be the first one applying for that bilingual translation position. >.>

Ooooh snap. The great war of Vilhem and Altijacek has begun *popcorn*
I'll offer my services to translate English into nonsense, if they need more nonsense - I can do that! ;P When I run out of ideas I'll just corrupt the main story about saving the mother crystal's father, the great gregarious grass, from the primal lawn mowers. It will be a tale of romance and drama, I'm sure no one will want to miss it. No? Fine.. ;_;
On topic though.. Sounds good, it's fun to practice other languages like this (I try at least.. heh) but it is always nice and relaxing to be able to read it all in your mothertongue.

I'd rather team up with someone that do it alone. And as for anyroad, well, not sure lol :3 that's what research is for. But it's like anyway, so I'm sure I'll find something that fits.Ooooh snap. The great war of Vilhem and Altijacek has begun *popcorn*
