A USA / East Coast server?

I've been away for months how do you tell which servers in a data center are east coast? Or is it the data center itself? I just know my actual time v.s. server time are several hours off.

All NA/EU servers are on East Coast time. Are you sure you don't have your display time set to Eorzean time? ^^;

I get the same delay to Japan as I do to the NA server lol. Anyway, yeah it's up in Canada where moose and winters shall protect Eorzea.

Indeed. I suppose a West Coast data center would help somewhat for some. As for me, I live one hour from Montreal so... yeah me. ^^

Eh. I don't know what it shows to you as Server Time. But mine shows 1 hour earlier to my time and I a CET. And I highly doubt East Coas is only 1 hour behind us

I'm EST and server time says 6:29PM, but it's 1:29PM here.

When I last looked at "Server time" for the NA/EU datacenter, the number it showed corresponded to London time. Although, "everyone" says the servers are physically located in Canada.
At the time, all the NA/EU servers I accessed showed the same time. That was before they split into the current "clusters," so it may have changed. I think they're still in the same building, though, and just on different equipment.

Regardless, all worlds listed in a given data center are in the same physical location. The Data Center Selection screen indicates which region each data center is intended to service. Aether and Primal are both listed as "North America" and there's no indication of any difference between them.
