    Merchandise Queue

    Reading through the NA feedback post about Fanfest, it seems a lot of the VIP who headed straight to the merchandise queue missed out on the keynote speech.

    I'm unsure of the exact amount of VIP at the event but there was 1 hour 30 mins from them being let in to the start of the Keynote. That seems an awfully long time to be in the merchandise queue if only the VIP were there at that point and still missed the Keynote.

    Will there be early entry for VIP at the UK event and if so was there a particular reason why it took so long?

    As much as I have been looking forward to purchasing all the merchandise available, if it runs the risk of missing the Keynote I'm not really sure it's worth it!

    If this is an average waiting time that we can expect then I'll know to just avoid the merchandise queue all together so I can enjoy the rest of Fanfest since we only have the 1 day to fit it all in!

    I had a chat with our merchandise Moogles and they said they don't want you to miss out on anything. They plan to let you enjoy the keynote speech and open the merchandise booth afterwards.

    Although I'm really glad you've managed to do this so we can enjoy the keynote without worrying about missing out on merch I'm a little concerned that after the speech you'll get a stampede of people rushing to the merch booth. I just hope you have a roped off area to funnel people into an orderly queue. Although like someone said in another thread, the British are jolly good at queuing but getting a nice orderly queue would be much better then a hodge-podge of people swarming the booth.

    I hope you have the merchandise sheets that you had at the Las Vegas event. They looked awesome and efficient.
