New Fantasia Prices

3 Phials of Fantasia 19.60 EUR 16.10 GBP
5 Phials of Fantasia 31.50 EUR 25.88 GBP

These Fantasias are given to a single character.

These Fantasia prices are the exact same as the previous Fantasia system where you got the number of Fantasias purchased on all characters you have created and create in the future.

Since they're only give to a single character should it not be cheaper to purchase these? I'm not saying a lot cheaper, since a lot, probably most players, only have 1 character, but there should be some reduction of the price no?

Edit: Since people seem to be missing the point. I don't mind these prices. They are reasonable.

The previous system used the sell Fantasia cost the same price except gave you more Fantasia. Logically, the price for the single character fantasias should have been slightly cheaper than the account wide ones were.

That's understandable, but what we're wondering is why the price is the same for a single character than it used to be account wide. The old packs of 1, 3 and 5 were added to every existing (And future) characters. When they said they were going to add the option to buy fantasia for a single character, we expected it to be at a lower cost. The price is on par with other games but still begs the question of why did they decide to give them the same price as the old account wide packs.

I'm okay with this price honestly, it just doesn't make sense that just a few days ago you could buy the exact same numbers of Fantasia for the exact same prices as they will be in 2.4... Except you got them on every character, not just the one.

You could only buy one pack though, and after that.. it was gone. You couldn't purchase it again.

Now you buy one for one character. If you need more, you buy another. The amount of purchases per set aren't limited anymore.

Really?

First: Who gives one turd about other games? We're not talking about other games.

Second:

Today you pay 7€ for 20Kg of potatoes.
Tomorrow you're going to pay 7€ for 1kg of those same potatoes.
To get 20kg of those potatoes, you're going to pay 140€.



I think some people are failing to see the problem here. But hey... keep white knighting about while lacking brains to process basic maths.

I'd say 7€ was meant to be the official price per character, when they added them to the mog station they still didn't have the cash shop ready, so they reused the veteran rewards system to distribute them which would give you extra fantasias to your other characters for free.

Getting them account wide was just a side effect of the previous system they used, but they were meant to be for single characters for that price.

Just in case, I'm not white knighting, just explaining what I think was their reasoning.
