Weird fps drops?

Hi when i play it looks like weird fps drops but it doesn't show on the FPS counter..I have googled and i have tried most of the things i found but nothing works...

It's rly weird because if i alt+tab out of the game for about 30 sec and then come back in to the game the weird fps drops doesn't come until i've played for like a few minutes.

The problems have nothing to do with the computer overheating. I have the latest drivers and i even tried rollbacking with no success...

Somebody help? ._. i have Nvidia gtx 275 and the fps counter is between 95-100 always

a 275 can't run this game at constant 95-100fps (and neither can most cpu's)

I was lying xD it is 100 for like 40sec when I alt+tab in and out.. But after that it's around 70... It runs smooth except for the weird fps things every 2sec...

GPU throttling due to overheating perhaps?

that or the cpu. . . cpu would be more likely to throttle under a overheating situation.
