It's not like they are all over the place... I never had a problem watching what I did before 1.18. And frankly I think that with auto attack, people pay more attention to their surroundings.I don't think that I zerg everything, nor am I a bad player; but there are an excessive number of aldgoats in the game, and having them hump your character while obstructing the view gets to be tedious and old quickly. It really doesn't add to the immersion factor, especially if you're around livestock IRL - you want them to be nowhere near you.. trust me. I get a kick out of the ladybugs.
Personally the /follow was one of the things that took me out of the game. I mean sure if they glanced over and got closer or something thats one thing.
but for them to stick behind me while I'm murdering a monster near them...well all I can say if I was a aldgoat/monkey I would be fleeing in terror.

I personally thought it was hilarious when in a group, someobody would have 3 or 5 following them. It was funny and eventually they leave.Personally the /follow was one of the things that took me out of the game. I mean sure if they glanced over and got closer or something thats one thing.

It'd be aggreable that if you started attacking something, then yeah they should flee or run away. But for them to not follow you period, I don't like how it is now.
Anybody want to see the return of beastmen dancing lines?
