Would you be against Ivalice summons as Primals in future expansions?

I personally would love to see Cúchulainn, Famfrit, Belias and Zodiark (kinda there already).

Cucu and Zodiark yes, the other two were kind of bland IMO.

Oh! Mateus and Ultima would be awesome too, they were my personal favorites.

Sure, why not? I would love to see more influence from that style of FFs in general. The world and script of FFXIV feels sort of like "Ivalice Lite" to me anyway. I wish FFXIV's moogles were more like the FFXII/FFTA version, and had been a playable race.

If they want to do more with Primals, they will soon run out of the traditional roster without resorting to lesser-known monsters. The Ivalice espers would probably make for some interesting boss fights.

I don't hate them, but I'd much rather see Fenrir, Diabolos, Siren, etc. in as primals before the Ivalice ones which don't really belong in Eorzea.

I'm sure it's already heading that way. We have the Scions of 'Light' Ascians, who will at some point fully transcend into darkness. Nabriales becomes Cuchulain etc etc. Would be pretty sweet.

    TOTALLY.

Final Fantasy 12 was shameful, and anything involving the IvaliceAliance should be dismissed forever in the franchise.
Final Fantasy Tactics for the PSX was nice, but everything Ivalce that came later was pure garbage.

Belias and Zodiark are both in the game already, and the glyph that appears over Lahabrea's face is the symbol of Mateus. I think it's a safe bet that as we get more involved with the fighting the Ascians directly (instead of just dealing with their puppets) we may see some Ivalice summons.
