Cash shop in-game items

Hi, will we be able to obtain cash shop in game items like Sleipnir mount or wind-up minions through in game activities or we need to pay real money to win their possession?

Feel like Sleipnir should just be 25 odin mantle or something. This way, people who have really bad luck or little time to play can just get it through the cash shop (it spawns like every 3 days and isn't something everyone can catch or get full credit). Though I hope they are careful and not add anymore cash shop exclusive items in the future. Something for anniversary or special occasion would be ok but not so often please.

I like the obtaining of previous seasonal event items from the shop. Exclusive shop only items? Not quite so much, particularly at like $5 an item. Why pay $5 for a minion? Unless you get that minion for all characters across the account? Although I am sorely tempted, probably won't to start in hopes it does drop >_>

Yes, I assume this is the case (like with the veteran's reward minions)

Could be either, could be both. There's nothing official on that yet.

During the Vegas show, they announced a Sleipnir mount (not barding). They also announced some minions and other things that they will be offering soon in the Mogstation, including a stuffed Moogle you can buy for real for your home. I honestly didn't take notes, but there was some stuff that I remember saying, "OK, put it online now, I will buy it!"
