I had already pay for the NA Fan festival, do I need to pay again for the London fan festival to watch the live stream HD ? if so I ll have 1 more moogle attire and again one more at japan fan festival ?

Buying the live stream for one fan fest does not automatically give access to the other premium live streams. If you want to watch all three premium live streams you will have to purchase them separately.

Ergh, I screwed up and bought an account under what appears to be a derelict account through JustinTV and it sent my code into a black hole. Is there anyone for me to get access to the PM box by converting it to Twitch.TV or do I have to cancel my credit card order, open a brand new account under Twitch.TV and resubmit?

It costs exactly the same as the Las Vegas one. I guess if you wanted to give someone the Moogle Attire and see different cosplayers in HD, it's worth it. Maybe the dev panel will be asked different questions?

You need to message twitch about fixing your account. If you were a previous justintv account you missed the account migration by a loooooong time. I'm told that some people have been able to stop the browser loading before the redirect and been able to get into their messages that way. But you'll still need to get twitch to fix your account.
