I submitted this to bug reports, but they put it in the "not a bug report" folder. I'm not sure why - I've found several people talking about this issue, so it is not just isolated to me. However, I would like it resolved for at least myself.

I've submitted ~5-6 tickets over the past few months and have not received a response to any. When I look at my history, I have two report history from 10/07/13. After this, none of my reports/support requests show. I've tried to close the tickets in the request history, but it does nothing. I've done a search and it seems other people mentioned this situation (where they only have old requests in their history), however, others seem to say they get quick and good responses from support. Again, I've not received a response to any requests (I've submitted about 6) since October 2013.
