Improvements they could make for Fan Fest 2015

I'm also a smidge bummed that Shiva was played so many time for London when LV was told it was gonna be for Tokyo. Granted they got screwed out of announcements since they leaked Dark Knight to us, it's still kind of a bummer.

I don't know if anyone noticed but I was afked by the repair NPC for the Odin fight (Ultros server PCs). Got our win and then snapped a few pics with our team of event PCs behind my character lol...

All I can say is I hope next years venue is a bit bigger.

As far as the merch line... they DID have 3 credit card machines but 2 of them didn't work... They ordered a replacement for them, but they never showed. Bad luck on that part.

I enjoyed being a retainer. Hope they continue that next year...but maybe add in one more perk for us Retainers... lets us get a short meet and greet so we can get some autographs with Yoshi-P and maybe a few others. We spent 12 hours helping out and missed out on some key opportunities to do things like that. No hard feelings though I knew what I was getting into.

Please give premium stream access to all the event attendees. We shouldn't have to pay to watch a panel we missed because we were stuck in line for hours, not to mention that the stream-only events aren't even available for us b/c no WiFi to watch while at the event.

We’ve been able to address a couple things specifically regarding the archived footage of the stream for those of you who purchased the Premium Stream subscription.

For starters, we understand that the quality of sound during the concert was not at the highest it could be, and we deeply apologize for this. To rectify this issue we have released an improved video to our Premium Stream archive, which has totally remastered sound.

Additionally, we’ve gone through all of the footage for each day and have created highlight videos for each major segment of the stream so that you can easily watch your favorite parts.

Please keep the feedback coming as we are eager to improve our future events!

The biggest suggestion I could make for future fan fests is to take into account Distant Worlds, I had already booked my ticket and hotel for Distant Worlds before the date for the fan fest was announced, and I was very disappointed when I saw how close it was to Distant Worlds because a hotel for a full week + the cost of tickets and a potential loss of hours at work (I work a lot of overtime, and my holiday hours are based on my contracted hours) I therefore couldn't afford to go to both the fan fest and Distant Worlds due to the bad timing.

I aren't saying all events should be taken into account, as this would be impossible, but the fan fest and Distant Worlds will attract similar crowds, so therefore this can be a huge problem. I also know that it might not always be possible, but an honest attempt to avoid this issue would be beneficial to fans.

I would like to ask them to reconsider what questions are asked. There seemed to be too many questions picked from forums that were not at all popular, but rather something the one asking questions just "though was fun" or "interesting".
