Free Company Room

If I buy a room in my Free Company's house and for whatever reason the Free Company and I decide to see other people and break up, what happens to the room? Do they refund you the gil spent? Does the room just transfer to the next Free Company you join? Or do you lose the investment entirely?

that room will be empty, and you'll get your stuffs in the room back. but you'll need to see a npc that take care of that residential area. you'll get your stuff back.
