Me too! I didn't get through all the activities due to lines.

Right after Costume contest and after announcement that they were cutting off lines for challenges they were allowing people to collect badges for events they had not yet had a chance to participate in before they closed up prize retreival by 8. I was able to snag my tham badge from speedrun event that way

Yeah at the end they were just letting everyone take whatever they wanted for the most part, in terms of the badges and the posters. It was nice considering we spent probably 3/4 of the festival in line and therefore didn't have time to do everything.

This might be a stupid question but are the "stickers" and badges" everyone is referring to the same thing. I saw people with patches that looked to be made of material and not actually stick to anything.

I wasn't able to make it to fan fest myself Just curious.

There were Name Badges, which were printed out things that got stuck in a plastic holder and you wore around your neck, showed off your in-game name and server. After you completed an activity at Fan Fest, you had this book where the attendant would stamp to show you completed it. Then you could take the book to a booth to collect stickers/posters/t-shirts depending on how well you did at the event. The stickers had the symbols for the individual classes in the game on them.

When I said badges I was referring to the class stickers. They were sticky on the back but were actually some kind of cloth patch thingamajig.

Yeah that makes more sense. They did look cloth to me yet people were saying they were sticky haha I was under the assumption they were 100% cloth to sew onto materials/clothing. Either way, still wish I was able to get some! I hope next Fan Fest they continue with badges/stickers
