Top Priority: Content difficulty is holding things back.

So as we know, there sometimes becomes a problem where in a raid group there is 1 person holding everyone back, while 7 other people can clear a raid, this 1 person cannot. We should then now NERF the entire raid, so that we can carry this 1 person to victory.

We have no intention of replacing this person, or helping them get good. No intention of helping them improving their gameplay or helping them with mechanics in any such way. They are in our static but they are on their own, left to fend for themselves and we shall not encourage anyone to help them with improvement either.

So let us Nerf the entire raid because, honestly, we should be able to clear end game raids in PUGs in Duty Finder, within 30 minutes of progression. I have a very busy schedule and I'm only alloted 1 hour a week to play, so I therefore do not have time to progress in any sort of static, but I still subscribe so that means I should be able to clear any content with my already busy schedule. I have a family and raise 3 young children, so I don't have time to clear coil or work on any form of progression, but I still demand for this to happen.

I also here-to-fore condone anyone who can clear content that I cannot clear to be elitist in nature. As soon as they and their team complete a raid that I have not yet completed, they automatically fall under the stringenty adhered to category of elitist.

We should all know that people who clear this content, do not help or never intend to help anyone with getting a clear, and this is written in their code of conduct while they have to "put up with" non-elitists, who they continually belittle us for which I have no valid reason why or if this even happens at all, but I am saying it, so it has now therefore become valid.

This is all factual evidence and can be backed up with hard proof.

If its only 1 person holding you back then you should be able to carry that 1 person. People sell runs for pretty much everything and if its a fight where the 1 person can wipe the whole party then they tell them to die at the start, or wait on the outside. Your options are to replace that 1 person who screws up or carry them its your choice.
