Account-Bound Event Items/Hair/Etc.?

With the cash shop selling some of the event items, do you think they will make event items account bound? Like buy the pumpkin head and get it for all of your characters?
If so, do you think they will make the event items we already have account bound, and the lightning hair and stuff?

I think the main reason I am not alting right now is because all of the fun stuff is on my main and I do not want to lose it ._.

Ooo the CS is going to sell some of the CE stuff? Guess I'll be getting that yukato I missed out on, yay! :3

Also your idea would make a lot of sense for alt-o-holics and people like me who can't freaking decide which character to main lol.

been thinking that event items should trigger an account flag. i mean... if you've done it once you've done it a thousand times, right? Why not make it possible to claim the event items throughout your whole account once you've earned it on your main?

I know a lot of popular MMOs are doing this now, GW2 does, WoW does (to an extent, achievements, bind to account), and I think Wildstar does (no comments about its current state though please lol)

It seems to be a common thing in games I would really like to see in the future here.
