This stance though to me isn't "Slutty" in a way. It's more embarrassed and shy. It's not like she's flaunting her stuff really.

For one, it is not actual sleeping, as I wish I could do with my character. Two, keeping the tail up or sideways is a general behavior for female mammals when in heat, an invite for the male. Three, I just hate it. /sigh
