Booing when Coil2 Nerf was announced

SE isn't making it easier because people asked them to. It's something they planned to do with content since before ARR launched. Any time they talk about making coil easier they don't say "Lots of people asked us to do this", they say "The clear rates are unsatisfactory so we're going to add echo and make changes until the clear rates are where we'd like them to be".

Yes I agree that was their plan and as is fine. My problem is with people who seem to want degraded immediately to the lowest common denominator instantly. foolish and shortsighted.

I'll put it this way. Square knows how many subs they have. We don't. Square knows how many concurrent users they have. We don't. Square knows how many attempts on coil are made each week and how many are successful. We don't. Square knows how many subs they are loosing. We don't.

I think they know more about what they are doing than most of the people here.
