Str wont do anything for Ninja, and for Monk Dex is just parry which isn't really anything as a DPS, besides Nin would have more DEX than MNK, meaning higher parry on both classes.

Just gonna have both STR/DEX on the gear. Unless he was kidding like some people are saying, but I'm not gonna comment on that.

This, and the "higher parry" will be tiny. It takes about 3 DEX to equal 1 parry stat, and isn't going to make a significant difference on a DPS anyway.
