So I skimmed through most of this thread as I seemed to be reading the same argument over and over again. I don't believe this point was made out too well.

If you make a cash shop for vanity. Are you not simply devaluing the crafters in the game? Nearly most things you need crafters for are things that would be okay to put in a cash shop. Furniture and vanity clothes.

Items that are time sink and gil sink like materia and unspoiled nodes.

They have been in trying to figure out ways to take care of the Atma outcry. Again, I forsee a dual option of either timesink, gilsink, or walletsink coming out of that alone.

In the end though, I am bias on the matter and am in the camp that 'as long as I can work for it in game cause sub' So yay my silly two cents.

I hope they take a page out of Blizzard's book and donate the first few weeks or so of pet/mount sales to charity.

That's a pretty awesome thing to do I think. Get yourself a shiny thing and help those in need!

I have no idea why people are so butt hurt about this xD. Cash shop works great in WoW and people buy those mounts or not. What is the big deal to buy older stuff you missed or mounts, i really don't get all this.
