It was added to the games files, yes, but it was never linked to anything in the game. Or, do you expect them to only add the bought stuff to the gamefiles of the players that buy it?

So when are they removing prism and implementing them into cashshop? I mean, it's just vanity right?

Welcome to modern SE. Anything to fund their ridiculous console entries that have to fly off the screen and suck to play.
When crafters start not getting any new vanity recipes and all the glamour prisms are sold only in the cash shop for 5€ a pop, I want to see all this support.
Personally, what I think of this cash shop can't be printed here.
That's all I have to say.

tbh, after seeing Yoshi-P being an awesome bro to pretty much everyone, I'm looking for more excuses to give these people my money anyway.
It never ceases to amaze me...
If this is something that is truly disrupting your ability to enjoy the game, on either side of this petty and ridiculous argument, you have serious problems that need to be addressed.
I'll try and explain this, nice and slow... ready?
IT'S. JUST. A. VIDEO. GAME.
I you are incapable of having fun, if this is preventing you from enjoying a meaningless pass time (by the way, that's all this is: a meaningless pass time), you are doing it wrong.
If you don't like it, fine! You're entitled to your opinions. But, for the love of all that is pointless and entertaining, learn to accept what you don't like and focus on what you do!
Something we put our money, time and emotions into is not a meaningless pastime. It never ceases to amaze me...

Look at all these people that have come to fanfest. Is this meaningless pastime to them, when they're so happy and passionate about the game?

What you're playing is a video game but what you are paying for, that's VERY important because it involves money, is a service. You are paying for a service. This service includes access to the game.
It's quite clear that there are people now unhappy with the service being provided with the money they are paying.
They are unhappy because of what they think MIGHT happen to the service that they are paying for. As of right now, it's the same. It's basically crying over spilled milk that might get spilled over but hasn't yet, or may not ever happen. What you're playing is a video game but what you are paying for, that's VERY important because it involves money, is a service. People are complaining now because the dev team have always encouraged feedback. Some of us have been giving our opinions on proposed changes to the game since 1.0. Some of those opinions have shaped the game you play now.
