IT'S ALREADY IN THE GAME. If it already exists in the game, it can be made available in an instant if they wanted to.

It was added to the games files, yes, but it was never linked to anything in the game. Or, do you expect them to only add the bought stuff to the gamefiles of the players that buy it?

When crafters start not getting any new vanity recipes and all the glamour prisms are sold only in the cash shop for 5€ a pop, I want to see all this support.

They are unhappy because of what they think MIGHT happen to the service that they are paying for. As of right now, it's the same. It's basically crying over spilled milk that might get spilled over but hasn't yet, or may not ever happen.

People are complaining now because the dev team have always encouraged feedback. Some of us have been giving our opinions on proposed changes to the game since 1.0. Some of those opinions have shaped the game you play now.
