Every job can kite Renauds. Obviously some jobs are a lot more optimal than others.

Part of knowing the fight is knowing what % phase transitions happen and that you that it resets the cycle of the bosses actions, so its always right to hold dps and wait for a voice to go off before you push her into the next phase. This must be done to wipe. You can risk it by not paying attention to phase transitions but then you risk the chance of the timing not working out and you wipe the raid and have to start over.Don't know if this was mentioned at all but Turn 7 with echo sounds like a nightmare. My static has had it on farm for probably around 5-6 months now and it's at the point where we all have to stop doing pretty much anything and just stand there for a good 5-10 seconds several times throughout the fight.
Same shit, different day. Casual players who aren't on the bleeding edge of the game's hardest content are happy to see it become more accessible. Hardcore players are natural elitists and feel as though they should stand alone and the content shouldnt be nerfed. It's tiring to see the same banter repeatedly. I can't play this game all day. I have too many other responsibilities. I don't care if second coil is nerfed or not, whether everyone I know clears turn 13 before I do, or if I'm three steps behind on my relic. My Advice? Play the game for your own enjoyment and stop worrying about what progress everyone else is making. Progress with your circle of friends. I'm having a ton of fun doing just that. One of the best things about this game is that there is so many different things to do. Coil is one very small part of the experience.
You forgot that for each turn of SCoB there will have some sort of ilvl requirement to join, so you can't just gear out a fresh i90 to i110 in a couple of days.OBJECTION! My raid just stared and formed 2 months ago 6 of the player has no t7 to 9 experience and let alone my white Mage was been carried by us so she can go second coil as our static white Mage and her first time t5 was a success yes she got carried but you saying they can't handle new coil is false because my raid is doing fine they just need more time to learn but restricting new player from new coil is not user friendly so they don't have to go through all the trouble gearing to i110 just to clear old content
Imo i welcome things such as echo to make fights easier because its an "optional" buff that can be removed for those who wants to experiance things as they are normally.
I am however against changing fight mechanics as it forces the change upon everyone.
Cause not all groups still struggling with older content wants to be spoonfeed their win so to say.

The same with the first coil, dated content should be nerfed for newer players or the players that can't get statics. If you already cleared it, get in there, get bis, and get ready to get face rolled in the final coil.

There are people in SCoB who still can't handle rot.
This is a sorry state.
I swear I do not see a single period in that post of yours.OBJECTION!
You say that your group just needs time to learn.
However, that has nothing to do with nerfing content. 2nd coil will still be there regardless of whether or not the fights are nerfed. You will have all the time in the world to practice it, especially with lockouts out of the way.
There is no "trouble" gearing to i110, as soldiery is going to be uncapped, making i110 trivial to obtain. If anything, you will be higher than i110 with the new tomestone gear. (Not that 2nd coil can't be beaten with gear well under i110 anyway.)
That said, this part of your argument comes off as strange to me because it appears you are saying that gearing to i110 is trouble, so players should be able to complete 2nd coil with a lower ilvl than that, so they can enter the newest coil which actually is designed for ilvl 110+?
I agree with this. SE add multiple content that is accessible for pretty much everyone and one content that gives a modicum of challenge to those who want it. I don't really PvP in FFXIV, so should they remove it for those who don't? No, because there are players who enjoy the PvP content, neither should they remove (removing the challenge is the same as removing the content as it is no longer the sole challenging content in game) for those who aren't willing to put the effort into to find a people to run it with, something which can be done with limited time so please don't use the "I only play 2 hours a day". As a couple in our static that has 2nd coil on farm for weeks have very limited playtime also (7 turn 9 clears).
If something is worth the effort then put in the effort. Don't expect everything to be handed to you.
Also, how is it that everyone who complains about content always says it's the other players? Remember if you only get bad parties, that they all have one thing in common. You!
I've seen enough players in too many years of playing MMOs that fall into the pattern of transferring their own mistakes onto the rest of the party due to their egotistical inability to take personal responsibility. It's why they never improve. Those who progress, not just in games, but in the real world do so by recognizing their own mistakes and learning from them.

'Endgame' is a moving goalpost. What was endgame, won't be endgame come the next patch.
What was an awesome piece of equipment that you died over and over for, a year later is something you skill up on desynthing.
What was hard, won't be as hard once more equipment becomes available.
And we've seen this happen before and before, not just in the game.
The way this game moves forward (which I think is at a good pace for all skill levels of players) things need to move on.
Players who beat XYZ cannot expect every player to go through the same difficulty so far down the line in a games progression.
Same deal with the atma drop rates.
