we already discard 1 set of gear because no1 of that job is in the party , in 2.4 that will be 2 jobs...
If that's the metric SE is going by here then we're going to end with one gearset for magic classes, one gearset for physical dps and one gearset for tanks.

So we're going back to 1.0 gearsets I guess.
