Right. That also could be a solution. Main stats are tied to the weapons themselves. This allows for literally any weapon to be modified by whatever they want. This also means that the tooltips are nothing more than flavor text that could easily be changed to suit their preferences.

Indeed this is true 100%, DEX STR however do indeed affect Parry Rate and Damage Blocked in the formula. But aside from that exception,the other text is editable and they could literally take those two parts and turn them into substats and the system would function the same. I believe this is what we were arguing about in the first place haha.

After all Second Wind used to scale off INT I believe in beta. People make the mistake of assuming that what the text says is some written law. But the devs made that text in the first place. Changing it is as simple as writing this forum post.
