Well... lady Higiri is from Doma. She obviously knew how to fight. There might be other Doman's who fled and desire to bring back their fighting styles. That and since Domans have pretty much started to take up residence in Mor Dhona, they could very well aid Ishgard in its battle against the Dragon's since they are allies.
