Yes. Now the question is, what classes make sense? I for one think that Samurai doesn't. As much as I love samurai, as everything else related to japanese culture, it would be totally alien in Ishgard.Isnt Black Mage also a class connected to it's city state? (AKA: Ul'dah)
I can see the new classes being released for the 3.0 build being linked significantly to Ishgard. Dark Knight especially since the Holy See of Ishgard may start reviving old and/or forbidden art's and magic's so they can combat the looming Dragon horde's and the possible awakening of Niddhog (or whoever the evil elder Dragon (not Bahamut) was)
