Steps:

My party was doing Turn 7 and our black mage (Nyiine Eila) somehow died to the "Training Module" while we were fighting Melusine. The room was sealed off with only our party, the Renauds and Melusine in it. The attack said "Discipline" and did around 10,000 damage to him. He wasn't on the purple poison floor and he was kiting a Renaud that was across the room from him. http://puu.sh/ckk3E.jpg Unfortunately, I only have a screenshot of my battle log saying he was defeated by Training Module and nothing else.
