LF Tank for serious Final Coil Progression

Hello; with the advent of Final Coil Progression finally upon us, the rigmarole of member changes unfortunately soon follows. Thus, the search is on for a new tank for progression into the cutting edge raid content. With that being said...

Criteria:
- Needless to say, you must be up to date on progression and have cleared T9 multiple times.

- You must have a through understanding of your cooldowns and how they are utilized in context of a raid environment. Tl; dr know how to provide a steady stream or burst of mitigation as the mechanics call for.

- Have multiple gear sets as the situation calls for (full vit, full str, bonus for having melded accs etc.)

- The ability to focus when needed in raid, but also know when it\\'s okay to lighten up and have a good time.

Ultimately we're all people united by a common goal: to kill dragons and shit; Though I demand a high level of play from myself and my group, I also believe should have a few laughs along the way.

Our raid times are Tuesday - Friday from 11:30 PM EST until 2:00 EST. Days are fairly set in stone but are flexible, as is the time, though generally less so.
