    it's funny that other MMO's that I've played (that have no where near the funds that SE has) always had some type of weekend support

    All the web services say Monday through Friday only but seriously this game has over 1.5m players and they can't afford to keep one guy at the office on weekends? When most of the CS problems likely happen?
