I just tried this because I was fairly sure you are wrong. Did levequest on my LVL 50 job, turned it in on a lower level job. No exp. Doesn't work.
I'm curious about this but cannot get on. I know you either can't turn in a level 50 one as a 15 class, or maybe you'd get no xp from it.
But did you just use your level 50 to complete a say, level 15 leve, then turn it in as a level 20 class or anything like that? Doing the gruntwork as an OP level and turning it in as another battle class close to its level?
Will test when I get on myself if no one can speak up, I believe this is the precise method Zumi referred to.

If you don't care about leveling any other jobs, start building up your rested XP right now.

Thanks for the recommendations for first time bonuses of guildhests and dungeon roulette bonuses, I have updated them in the first post.![]()

I remove the recommendation for pre-completing leves as many have said it doesn't work.![]()

You can still pre-accept leves though, as this will give you 16 that are ready to go on top of your 100 leve allowance.
Not as enticing as the idea of having them ready to turn in though.
Why log out in Limsa? Wasn't this a class/job that would be accessible in ALL citystates?
So... level it like any other class...
Whoever wants to race to lvl 50, be my guest and have fun... I'll be over there enjoying the game instead of trying to be nr 1 in pixels.
Cheers.
