Error code 406

I'm trying to renew my subscription and across 2 bank cards I have gotten this same error. It's not a problem with mine or the other card holders bank because it works fine with everything else. I searched about for this error code first, and everyone is just saying SE tell you it's your banks fault.

Is there a work around for this? I do want to give SE my money but they're not letting me.

edit: actually no, that stick is for error code 401 and 601. This is a different problem, apparently.
